Timber lodges
The transportable home must be transportable when complete. A great saving can be made however if the lodge is built on site. This can be completed with a minimum amount of working area.
Some Park Home owners may not approve of this method of construction and if your home is to be sited on a holiday park it may be necessary to deliver the home in its completed form, for installation of kitchen, bathroom/shower room on site.
Our lodges are solid interlocking log with an insulated cavity wall, and not a mobile home with cladding.
Our range of timber lodges start at £17,000 for a thirty square metre chalet with two bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining kitchen and a bathroom.
Built on site for £19,700 we supply the chalet with eight piece kitchen, bath, wash hand basin/wc and a central heating system. Each additional square metre is £500.
These prices do not include groundwork, services to site or utility installation.
They can be insulated to building regulations specification.
